Intel AI Boost Error

I have a Rog Maximus z890 Hero and a Intel Core Ultra 9 285K.  When I have XMP enabled in the bios, I get a error in Intel AI Boost in the windows device manager.  It say's that it's not working and gives me error 43.  When I turn off XMP in the bios...
