PROXIMITY SENSOR - ROG Swift OLED PG39WCDM

I can't seem to figure out this feature. I used all presets from low, medium, and high but it doesn't activate. Firmware is current. Removal of the ergonomic chair to ensure the sensor doesn't pick it up doesn't help.  Is there  a detailed info regar...
