unable to get WOL to work on X570 boards, Turn power off on and it will work but not after a shtdown

hi  so   i have set the fast boot disabled.. set the pcie network enabled for the wake on lan this is for the X570 Tuf Gaming and Strit Gaming X570  i using UNRAID  as my server on these boards.. so not running windows.. if i toggle the power switch ...
