ROG Chakram x ruin CPU with hight polling rate

When u connect mouse to PC by type-c and set polling rate to 8000 or more 2000 it become thirsty on CPU performance. In some games even create slutters by downgrading FPS. Can u explain me, how it can BE???????????PC:Z790-essd 990-pro 1tb4090 oc rog1...
