[Wireless Router] ZenWiFi BD4 / BD5 Outdoor mounting guideline
There are two options for BD4 Outdoor / BD5 Outdoor mounting, please refer to the guideline by your preference.
NOTE: Ensure that the unused port/connector is securely sealed with the rubber plug of the mount kit while installation.
- Mounting on a solid wall
A. Determine the location for mounting the router. Using the screw holes on the mount as a guide, drill four holes in the wall.
B. Pass the AC power cord (optional) and the Ethernet cable(s) through the mount.
C. Secure the mount with four screws and connect the power cord and Ethernet cables to ZenWiFi BD4 Outdoor.
D. Attach the ZenWiFi BD4 Outdoor to the mount and secure with two screws from the bottom.
Note: Check the unused port/connector is securely sealed with the rubber plug of the mount kit in this step.
NOTE: Ensure the bottom of mount and router is firmly sealed
- Mounting to a pole
A. Pass the AC power cord (optional) and the Ethernet cable(s) through the mount, and connect the power cord and Ethernet cables to ZenWiFi BD4 Outdoor
B. Attach the ZenWiFi BD4 Outdoor to the mount and secure with two screws from the bottom.
Note: Check the unused port/connector is securely sealed with the rubber plug of the mount kit in this step

Note: Ensure the bottom of mount and router is firmly sealed
D. Thread the cable ties through the mounting slots on the mount and securely fasten the assembled mount to the pole.
FAQ
1. Is it possible to loosen the cable ties ?
Yes. Insert a thick wire (or an unfolded 55mm paper clip) into the buckle to lift the bead. Then, pull the tie band at the same time to loosen the cable tie. (See illustration below.)
