[Wireless Router] How to fix disconnection in Router Mode? (RT-AX50 Go)
If you experience disconnection issues while using RT-AX50 Go in Router Mode, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Check Network Cable Connection
Ensure the network cable is properly and securely plugged into both the router and the network outlet.
2. Check LED Indicator Status
If the LED is solid white, please contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to check the network service status.
3. Verify Internet Connection Type
Click [c] to verify the current internet connection type:
a. PPPoE: Requires a username and password provided by your ISP.
b. DHCP: Simply plug in the network cable for automatic connection.
c. Static IP: Requires a full list of IP addresses, subnet mask, DNS settings, and default gateway. Please consult your ISP for these details.
4. Switch Operating Mode (if needed)
If you wish to change the operation mode, click
to access the configuration page and reconfigure RT-AX50 Go to another mode.
