[Windows 10 Pro] Microsoft BitLocker is not enabled by default

As Microsoft Windows 10 Pro with BitLocker enabled will cause the degradation of single SSD write speed and 3 x SSD (RAID 0) read speed on GX703HS/HR/HM, therefore, Microsoft Windows BitLocker will be disable by default for better SSD performance.
For ROG Zephyrus M16 GU603,
As Microsoft Windows 10 Pro with BitLocker enabled will cause the degradation of single SSD write speed on GU603HR/HM/HE, therefore, Microsoft Windows BitLocker will be disable by default for better SSD performance.
