Troubleshooting - My mouse isn't working

Please follow the below steps for troubleshooting:

1. Check if the dongle or USB of the mouse is plugged in properly.

2. Please try to unplug the dongle or USB of the mouse, then plug it back in.

3. Please try to unplug the dongle or USB of the mouse into another USB port in the device.

4. Test another mouse and see if the issue can be solved.

5. If the issue has been resolved, please check the non-functioning mouse to confirm if any drivers/software are required for proper function.

 

If your problem is not resolved, please contact ASUS customer service center for further assistance.
