Why my keris II ace can't enable 8000hz polling rate via wireless

As title, I've been updated to latest version but it doesn't work

Hi. For this mouse, 4k hz is max for wireless. 8k only with booster via cable.

No you're wrong, the firmware had been updated to wired/wireless at 8000hz now

A new firmware should drop via AC soon to address this soon. Keep an eye out for updates.

but it was still work at wireless 8000hz last 1 month ago ,until I changed my pc and it doesn't work anymore

I'm Taiwanese and the website in our language said that wired and wireless mode ar both support 8000hz mode

@kevinshih0725 is right. A newer firmware is coming for 8K support for the Keris II wirelessly
