Hello @MoKiChU - I just wanted to first say thank you for all of the effort required to keep up with all of the drivers on your pages, it's genuinely appreciated as you cannot find such a comprehensive list anywhere else.

In response to your suggestions, I enabled Virtualization Tech in my BIOS, memory isolation (since I'm running Windows 10, I don't see the LSA Protection) and that did not resolve my issue, even after again trying the cleanup steps.

However, what did work was to update to the latest driver, but then use the last driver you posted (and specifically dtt_sw.inf) by selecting the errored out device (Intel(R) Dynamic Tuning Technology Device Extension Component) and doing Update Drivers and manually selecting the previous dtt_sw.inf.  Once I did this and reinstalled Intel APO, it works.  Granted, this is probably not the best option as I'm now running two variations of the drivers, but will see how it goes.

Edit - I failed to mention that I have already installed all the latest available drivers from your page for my Z690 series chipset.

i was hoping that updating the dtt drivers would give me the new games listed on the Intel APO page.
But it still shows the same old list of games.

Do you have the updated list of games supported by APO available for you?

13900k and z790 are still old games. There are no new games. Maybe 14900k owners got the latest games?

I have an i9-14900KF and I don't have the latest games, either.  I posted this question on the Intel forums, but I've yet to hear back: https://community.intel.com/t5/Processors/Intel-Application-Optimization-Missing-Games/m-p/1636984/h...

Only the Core Ultra cpus get the new games. You have the default list for older generations. Yes, your 14k is old gen already, I feel you.

NoteDefault enabled list may vary by platform/processor generation.

Not only the Ultra cpus gen, and apparently, we will get an update on the 23th from Intel as someone said on reddit.

Apo didn't get update since a long time so i guess that's just what is needed to see the updated games list.

Sadly, DDT/IPF drivers : 9.0.11704.50707 / 2.2.10201.6 didn't work for me. Same Extension Component failing to start as others have reported.

I performed the clean install and also updated chipset and MEI drivers, but no joy.

I cleaned out the drivers again and installed 9.0.11701.44281 / 2.2.10001.3 from the Asus site and that is working fine. I was only doing it in the hope to unlock some more games, but now I read these are only for the latest CPUs. 😞
