Need help finding the drivers of a Asus z690-p

I checked on CCleaner and it said I had to update a few Drivers, however I cant find these drivers no matter where I look on google. I checked the original Asus website but the drivers there are outdated. thanks for your help

If you've installed the latest drivers from the ASUS Support Center, then you have the latest drivers.

I personally wouldn't trust CCleaner for driver updates.
