Hello Everyone,
I am able to successfully use the latest Thunderbolt driver from this forum on my Asus ProArt Z790 Creator-WiFi motherboard when I am running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. My read and write speeds to my NVMe Thunderbolt drive are excellent.
Unfortunately, when I run Windows PE to use Macrium Reflect 8.1.8325, my write speed is much lower with that Thunderbolt driver.
When run from Windows RE
I ran pnputil on both Windows 10 Pro 64 bit and Windows PE and did a side by side text comparison of the output, and it shows that the Thunderbolt driver does not load properly on Windows PE.

Can anyone who reads this point me to a driver for Thunderbolt that will work properly on Windows PE (for windows 10) ???
Thank you for any help.
