How to Download and Install BIOS & ME Firmware & related Steps [ASUS ROG Rampage VI Extreme Encore]

PLEASE READ: ASUS MADE A LOT OF MOTHERBOARD TYPES AND MODELS OVER THE PAST 2O PLUS YEARS.
PLEASE NOTE THIS POST HAS SPECIFICS TO MY ASUS ROG RAMPAGE VI EXTREME ENCORE MOTHERBOARD
HOWEVER, I HAVE TRIED TO INCLUDE THE BASIC STEPS TO HELP GUIDE OTHERS TO ACQUIRE AND INSTALL
THEIR SPECIFIC MOTHERBOARDS BIOS & ME FIRMWARE.
NOTE: THE ARMOURY CRATE UTILITY PROGRAM WON’T BE SOMETHING AVAILABLE TO ALL OTHER TYPES
& SERIES OF MOTHERBOARDS.
THEREFORE, IN THE ASUS SUPPORT CENETER IN DRIVERS & TOOLS YOU SHOULD LOOK FOR
YOUR MOTHERBOARDS ME FIRMWARE UTILITY DRIVER, WHICH MAYBE A STAND-ALONE DOWNLOAD.

NOTE: Motherboards over-time all had different BIOS layouts according to each ASUS MoBo design.
So, functionality and navigation for BIOS and ME Firmware should be found specifically in your MoBo manual.
[Motherboard] Intel® Management Engine Firmware Update Instructions 
Note: Intel releases potentially affected platforms are at risk of security issues, please update your
Intel ME Firmware using the Intel ME tool.      
(MoBo stands for Motherboard) 
Important Note: You MUST Turn-Off BitLocker & Anti-Virus | Malware before doing BIOS & ME Firmware Updates.

The Orange Type Version Steps can be used to navigate to any Motherboards (MoBo) BIOS & Firmware.
FIRST confirm the current Motherboard BIOS & ME FIRMWARE Versions located in the BIOS.  
On boot up, press the F2 or delete key to Enter the BIOS. 
Find ME FW Version Number in the Main tab menu under Advanced Mode. 

Green Type Text Steps & links are specific to the ROG Rampage VI Extreme Encore MoBo.
Step 1.   On boot press the F2 or delete key to Enter the BIOS. Main tab Advanced Mode ME FW Version.
Step 2. Click Link to ROG Rampage VI Extreme Encore | Motherboards | ROG United States
ROG Rampage VI Extreme Encore | BIOS &FIRMWARE
Step 3. Click to EXPAND ALL + Download the latest BIOS & Intel ME Firmware file version for ROG Rampage VI

Extreme Encore MoBo.  Click on the RED BOX DOWNLOAD
Step 4. Save the BIOS File to the Windows Downloads. 
Step 5. Extract (Unzip) to a Folder file [You Create] with its BIOS name version & number. 
Step 6. Open the BIOS File and Click on the Renamer File. This will Rename the ME File to a R6EE.Cap format file.
NOTE: All BIOS Files get Renamed to the R6EE.Cap file name which is why to create a file with a Name: BIOS & Version Number.
This way you can keep track of which .Cap file is for what BIOS Version Update.
STEP 7. For the ME FIRMWARE version update file, download them to the Windows Downloads Folder.
Extract (Unzip) to the operating system (OS). Operating System is your Downloads Folder or Desktop.
NOTE: I uploaded mine from the Desktop successfully.

NOTE: Obtain both BIOS and Intel ME Firmware versions from the ASUS Support Center -
Enter Your Product Information Steps.   
The Driver & Utility Screen Tab contains both link screens to; Driver & Tools and/ or 
BIOS & FIRMWARE Update Version Screens.

               You can get the latest software, manuals, drivers and firmware at the ASUS Download Center. 
                 [ NOTE: Entering the Model or Serial Number may not work, use the . . . Or enter product]

Second:  Click this Link to: https://www.asus.com/support/Download-Center/
STEP 1. From the dropdown Menu’s scroll down to Enter PRODUCT TYPE:   your Product then . . .   
STEP 2. PRODUCT SERIES: Select your Series, then . . . 
STEP 3. PRODUCT MODEL: Select your Motherboard Model from dropdown menu.
 
NAVIGATION to ASUS SUPPORT CENTER and the PLEASE ENTER MODEL INFORMATION PRODUCT SCREENS.

STEP 4.  Once you have entered in your Product Information from the dropdown menu screens the

MY REVISION STEPS: Because ARMOURY CRATE didn’t work the second 2nd time, I rebuilt my ASUS ROG Rampage VI Extreme Encore MoBo, I felt compelled to provide the ALTERNATIVE STEPS that I used as the work around.

I felt should point out that in my online research I found many different methods to accomplish the same tasks when it came to BIOS & ME Firmware Version Updates.
Please feel free to add or correct anything that I have Posted here in your Reply. 
I am still organizing the BIOS Upgrade Steps to Post. I'm getting BIOS Pictures ready to post the BIOS.
ASUS EZ Flash 3 Utility Steps to follow. 
I Decided to POST the Manual Flashback method for using the Specifically Designated BIOS USB Port Slot on the back of the Motherboard and the Flashback button that initiates a BIOS update.
Also, the Motherboard Post screen provides a visual progress of the upload with a Completed Successfully end post. I have used it a few times successfully.

HOW TO STEPS FOR DOING A DUAL BOOT of WINDOWS 10 & 11 Pro 64bit.
There a several ways to set up a dual boot of windows.
