hi guys, would you kind to explain, why bios settings so unpredictable? now i don't sure any more, what the bios good what another not so good. or all of them same good... really. i know some time if memtest gives some errors, you just reload memory in auto, restart and then set xmp... but now.... after i back again from 1501 to 0816 i stop to get trouble only after couple of changing to auto and back ti xmp... this confusing very well:) i just try to understand what's going on. is the xmp can set different settings? today, when i play with settings i had same errors in same part of test, had different errors in different parts, and i even had stable xmp2 in new bios after set 1.385 mc voltage, same that 0816 does, btw 1501 instead of this value sets 1.32 and after i saw that, i set 1.385. bios add itself 0.00250 increment so in the line was 1.38750, however voltage mc show 1.385... and test goes o.k. i stop it on 70% never test to the end:) and after that i think to my self, well probably that was voltage problem, and i bac to xmp1, and then whatever i do, i couldn't have stable test on xmp1 or xmp2... this is so strange for me, i understand it as i ignorance and so i can not get it, but probably you guys can... so now i back to 0816, and for this bios start again, i had to change settings back and force many time... please... i just need do know even exist algorithm where same settings will have predictable/same behavior? because with that situation, i feel my self in some twilight zone, you know... i don't sure, but even no xmp mode are different both set 3600 first time, and 0816 set 4800 after restart, with mc 1.24v and 1501 same 3600 first time, but after restart 4200 1.1v i will not go back to 1501 but with next one i probably have to be more persistent:) if somebody know any algorithm for be sure the settings set the same settings... is it even possible?

looks like i really done with bios update. mem test was ok but cp2077 become super unstable, then i go up voltage mc, and some better, i stop to do that at 1.39 bios show same 1.385 but game ctd in any way just take more time for this... i back to 0816 and probably never back to kill my nervous system and wasting time. this is horrible experience with two kits xmp. i really don't know how much time i'd waste with tunning if no 0713 or 0816 bios was created... really sad, i'd really wanna take the bios up to date. but 😞
i have something don't understand yet. memtest86 show ram latency ~17ns but aida shows ~69ns is there different latencies or in windows the latency longer:)?

for now i don't sure in this case where to write this, i notice i lost my stability and i don't know what to do. i again change bios to newest, had same problem back to 8016 and for now whatever i do, i'm not even close to system i had. i write it here, because first strange stuff i found after firmware update probably for 2330 or maybe earlier... in any way before try 2002 bios(z790 hero) and then back to 0816 i hadn't such a crashy system even at 2330, however i had strange stutters and sound stutters, in msfs load page. more crash than was... but nothing critical, except this days, then i found 2002 and.... what is going on? it's look like any play with bios make things worse and worse, and now i just don't know what to do. pc worked year at -0.15v cpu, and xmp1 07xx then 0816. how get back? am i broke something, or what? ah and in general. official page with bios asks v16.1.30.2307 not v16.1.30.2330 for 2002... is there something wrong with 2330 for z790 hero? i so many times update firmware with 0 problems, that's thought it can do anything bad, but for now i don't sure. for now my system suck unstable

looks like i found what i search so long with all that updates and back to my stable version... now it's just don't, before i had to make some restart reset settings and all works again. now whatever i do old bios one back firmware, new bios with last and x07 it's not works. first was i did need push undervolt from -0.15 to -0.12 after found place in cp2077 where was crash. before i could play 20h without problems. probably could more. btw may be i was, just don't sure... then i start again play with that idiotic game "upgrading" working stuff. and today i won... doh moron... and have 0 clue where the problem... hardware, bios glitch, some table in bios with parameters that's doesn't del after change bios, and then it set that glitchy parameters, idk... it's absolute nightmare. btw i even can not find any info about that situation, where you have perfect system, then after upgrade bios you don't, then you back to old bios, you need 10 time reset everything again and again for settings you use start again works, and then after round number x, even old bios with all that manipulation won't works. what to do, for bios just set same parameters, it's impossible any more, 5 minutes it's change settings for cpu or and memory, then again and again and again doesn't works as before. hours just gone. i waking up in this time usually, but i still play this drama... do i miss something? do i can delete everything from bios, for be sure there nothing left, and then install 0816, or in z790 hero nothing to delete, and any upgraded or downgraded bios just clean and take nothing from past lives? be ignorance is bad, be idiot is bade, but be both is so terrible that become funny. and what most interesting i can not googling same problem. where same settings gives absolutely random results, any body?
