Firmwares should have detailed notes.

You get a bunch of updates thrown at you and it's never a done deal that they won't cause issues. A rollback option and details about the updates would be really appreciated.
You pay good money for your product. You don't want it crippled after the first update.

That's exactly what I was talking about concerning Realtek USB sound drivers. The sound is fine (well except for the digital output issue) but the loading on boot takes more than 10 seconds looping on Windows load. There's also a short delay before sound reacts.

No notes from Asus, Nothing on Realtek site either. 😞

Asus VIII Extreme (Z170) has been the last time I used the onboard sound
After I moved on IXth, the onboard quality decreased, especially using Apex boards where they put a "reduced" A version soundcard, and not at last, the drivers :))
So, I thrown a SBZ inside the case since then, I'm happy with that, deactivating the onboard from bios every single time

FW have in general descriptions like "Intel has identified security issue that could potentially place impacted platform at risk."
If it's nothing there, probably someone forgot to paste this text, don't hope too much that it will be a performance one 😄

Hello!
Sorry for asking here, but I can't find anywhere else to ask.
Do you support also ASUS B560 chipsets?
I am probably going for the ROG STRIX B560-G GAMING WIFI as there is no Z590 micro-ATX ASUS ROG motherboards.
Thank you.

Hi,

Yes, B560 chipset based motherboards are supported.

So do I have to simply check for vulnerabilities with the same am as for Z370 chipsets, and eventually install this ME firmware?

Hi MoKiChU, there is sometingh weird in the updated firmware you uploaded in the file: ME_Intel_v15.0.30.1792(1).7z , because it installs firmware ver. 15.0.30.1716 ...

Please take a look and lemme know.

Hi

You are wrong, 15.0.30.1716 is the version of the Intel flash tool and not the version of the firmware to install.
