After flashed 14.1.65.1990, the double boot(Qcode 19) or post loop issue with 14.1.65.1969 was fixed.
Thank you, Mokichu

@itsnice4u, which bios you are on atm ? wich mobo as well please ?

I have a Formula XII and a 2601 Bios, with the 1969 firmware. I am experiencing a triple boot issue since I've updated the Bios from 2409 to 2601, the 1969 firmware being already installed when I flashed.

I will give a shot to update to the new one. Just hoping it won't provoke any boot loop issues...

I ll keep you updated, especially concerning the bios section such as TjMax and FCLK frequencies.

No problem here on Asus Formula XII, bios 2601 and firmware 14.1.65.1990.

I have Asus Formula XII bios 2601 with firmware 14.1.65.1990 now, after updated from 14.1.65.1969 to 14.1.65.1990, the double boot(Qcode 19) issue was cleared. I tried to change TJMAX several times with different value, and It did'nt affect other overlock settings any more, for FCLK change. I think It would be cleared too but I didn't try.

Bios 2601
update firmware from 14.1.53.1649 to 14.1.65.1990 , no issue

Thank you for your feedback guys !

And thank you, of course, to Mokichu. Awesome Job, you should get rewarded by Asus seriously

Edit : updated successfully, I have a tiny double boot (attempt to boot during half a sec, turning off and booting again), but it is still better than triple booting from the later one.
No issues so far with the BIOS, changed the Tjmax, and other options that were "blocked" before.
Now I have to test if OCing the BCLK is possible from the Bios.

Anyway, thank you Mokichu ! Is it physically possible, in your opinion, to upgrade the Z490 on the 15.1.XXXX versions, or is it strictly reserved for the Z590 boards ? (out of curiousity).

Thanks !

Hi,

No, it's not possible, and even if it were possible there would be no interest/gain in doing so.

This latest ME firmware fixed my issue with a Z490-E Gaming mobo. I updated to the 2601 firmware also. Everything working perfect again!
