Hi everyone,

- Intel ME Consumer Firmware :

Firmware : 12.1.1.1022 [16/07/2025]
PMC Firmware : 300.2.11.1025
Download : Link

Check/Update Process :

Check current version : Right click on "Check.cmd" > Run as administrator

Install/Update : Right click on "Install.cmd" > Run as administrator > Automatic restart when install is done

OS requirements : Windows 10 64 bit or more recent.
Hardware requirements : Motherboards with Intel H310/B360/H370/Z390 chipset.

Hi,

There is nothing to wait for, Intel ME "12.0.81.1753v4" does not exist, , it's ASUS that added a "v4" to its package.

If you are curious, you can compare the firmware contained in my latest 12.0.81.1753 firmware package (12.0.81.1753.bin), and the firmware contained in the "12.0.81.1753v4" firmware package from ASUS (FW/ME.bin), you will see that the hashes are the same.

so ive had this issue for awhile, when i try to install this i get

Error 20: Cannot locate ME device.

Error 620: Unknown hardware platform.


when i try to install the chipset drivers from asus website, i get platform not supported as an error.

i dont have any idea how to fix this. and so far searching here or on google hasnt given me an answer. i will make a new post here shortly about it.
