If you want better interrupts delivery latency

Edited: Now I have total audio meltdown. More info below.
I am sorry to bother you again.
1) Uninstalled Sonic Suit Companion. Could not uninstall it after step 2. Does not re-install.
2) Installed Realtek USB Audio app from the Drivers folder in the driver package because Realtek Digital Output (Realtek USB Audio) was missing from the Device Manager even when I "View" > Check "Show hidden devices". Then I uninstalled it clicking remove the driver for the device and removed everything including all of the duplicate devices. I verified they were all gone.
3) I followed the Cleanup instructions but I did not restart after uninstalling the installed apps. Doing so causes windows to re-install some of the devices.
4) Checked for copies of the devices in the device manager and .inf's in Driver Store Explorer. Found none.
Side notes: Driver Store Explorer needs to be "installed" and launched. Apps Folder means in the Driver Package not in the microsoft store. I did not not notice the word shortcut. Oops.
What happened? I recreated how this all started. I uninstalled everything in the device manager. Then windows re-installed them after a system restart but it did not re-install the (Realtek USB Audio) device under Sound, video and game controllers. When I followed the Cleanup and re-installed with Install.cmd it made a duplicate copy of Realtek Digital Output (Realtek USB Audio.) I use this to deselect my default speakers to reduce the number of applications "listening" to it. If that makes sense.
So I was getting serious conflicts. My stream was being interupted after about an hour and my VODs were being split up. After I tried to connect to a voice channel on discord my computer threw a complete fit. I got disconnected from the internet and it caused the entire network to be interupted briefly diconnecting everyone connected to it. I had to eliminate a lot of variables and always kept coming back to the realtek devices. I do not know if last time I had a copy of the digital output but more then likely.
If I come back it will be to ask how to keep windows from re-installing the devices all together so I can finalize the uninstall proccess with a system restart. *fingers crossed*
Edit: Nope now I got audio going all over the place. Total audio system failure. I will try again and stick to the instructions since I have no duplicate copies of any devices. I really need to know how to keep windows from re-installing them after a system restart.

Steps for me to finally resolve:
Remove installed apps. Right click the start menu and click installed apps. Do not remove the Realtek USB Audio app yet.
2) Restart and disable it in the bios.
3) Restart windows and then restart in safemode.
4) Now uninstall the Realtek USB Audio app.
5) Dont restart when it asks. Say no and restart in safemode again.
6) Open the Device Manager and uninstall Realtek USB Audio in Sound, video and game controllers. Dont forget to click the checkbox "Attempt to remove the driver for this device." Also uninstall any duplicate copies of any of the realtek devices only. Restart in safemode.
7) Launch Driver Store Explorer and delete any leftover and or duplicate inf's.
8. Run SS3 Cleaner as administrator. Then restart the computer.
9) Install process. I had to get my audio device driver from the motherboard website.
10) Restart the computer. At this point there should be no realtek devices in the device manager. Restart and enable the device in the bios.
11) Install the rest of the apps and restart your computer.
I read more then a few guides on how to remove drivers, devices and apps from windows. Only when bing ai told me, that I could disable the device in the bios, did I realize what I was doing wrong.
When realtek usb audio app is uninstalled in safemode it removes all of the .infs. The only ones left are the duplicates. The only way to prevent this is to unplug the device... disable it in the bios.
PS: It was late when I wrote this. I wrote it down as I did it the last time and quickly edited it. I worked on this solid for 4 days. Let me know if I made a mistake. I finally resolved it. Also the driver packages from this site caused my system to have an audio meltdown. I had audio coming from everywhere. including my Nvidia GPU which is connected to my tv... I went back to what I was originally trying to do. I got the driver from asus's website for my motherboard. So I do not know what the difference is but it does not work. I love the driver store explorer. i'm keeping that. sorry.

Nevermind. I could find no way to delete this post. I am not going to spend a lot of time trying to figure it out.
Edited: Unsubscribed. Don't know why it would send me an email when it wasn't a reply to me. Maybe I clicked subscribe. Sorry.

Hi,
You are in the wrong thread.
You have an ASUS ROG SS3|DTS Sound Unbound motherboard, so :
You need Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS) from the first post of this thread : [DRIVERS] Realtek Audio (Intel 2xx/3xx/4xx/5xx/6xx/7xx & AMD 3xx/4xx/5xx/6xx).
Follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process then your INSTALL process, for the next drivers packages that I would release, you will can directly follow your UPDATE process.

For updating existing installation of your drivers, launching install.cmd only is enough?

Hi,
Correct, as indicated in your UPDATE process.
