Hi MoKiChu,
Thank you very much for your hard work. I have a question regarding the audio drivers for Z790 Dark Hero. Should I use the Realtek Audio driver or the Realtek USB Audio driver? Additionally, should I choose SS or SS3?
Thank you!

What causes the impedance bug? I find if i upgrade then my impedance is off the charts. If i fresh install then it is normally fine?

Just disconnect your audio devices and connect again.

did that numerous times. also uninstalled and and reinstalled. headset should be on 32ohms but sits anywhere form 420 to 1000+ ohms
Left the PC off overnight and switched on. back to the correct impedance. 🙂

Thank you for all the drivers you provide!
I am having issues opening the Realtek Audio Console. I can install it with now issue from the MS Store, but, using it is another story.
When I open it, it will "load" for a while, but then, it will throw this error:
My motherboard is a ROG B850-F Gaming and drivers are AUDIO_Realtek_USB_UAD_ASUS_ROG_SS-DTS_v6.4.0.2414
Same happened with 6.4.0.2413.
With the driver from the motherboards support page, the Console works fine if it means anything to you.
Thank you in advance.
Edit:
I kind of fixed it, by using the driver package from the support page of the motherboard as base and mixed in the files from the latest driver. Here is the package in case you want to check it out.

The Realtek Audio Console is outdated. Hence the error message.
You'll need to update it manually.
Please install version 1.52.357.0, which is included in the "App" folder of @MoKiChU's driver and linked to the Microsoft Store.
If not, uninstall your Realtek Audio Console app and reinstall it using the version linked in the driver folder/app:

The first picture I posted, was with the updated Realtek Audio Cosole app which I downloaded from the MS Store. Not with the one from the package that I uploaded and worked.
