Hi everyone....

Hi! Love the work you do with all drivers.
Im having a issue with my z690 hero. Rear io audio have stopped working. Since Im allready on the latest ALC firmware I cant re-flash it to test if its the firmware thats messed up. Is there any possibility to modify the firmware updater so it allows me to re-flash? Would mean the world to me to test that before having to RMA the board.

Hi MoKiChU,

at first, thanks for your great work.

Following problem:

I have the ROG STRIX Z690-I GAMING WIFI mainboard and i can only use your "Realtek USB Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS)" in Version 6.3.9600.2307.
This is the only version, where i can activate DTS Interactive 5.1 in the Windows Sound Options.
Every Version after 2307 i tried (v2311, v2329, v2330 and now the v2342) i can successfully (clean) install the drivers, but after a reboot, there are no 5.1 options available.
If i follow your cleaning guide again and reinstall the 2307, the 5.1 options is available again.

I do not understand why this is happening. Do you have any idea?

Kind regards

Hi,

You have to check this with ASUS Support (since 6.3.9600.2307 is also in your motherboard support page).

Thanks for all these updates MoKiChU
