If you want better interrupts delivery latency

So an old issue I had that seemed to be gone from the last few major releases, has returned in this major release.
When playing certain games, such as Battlefield 2042, then quitting, then playing a video such as Youtube, after some minutes the audio would become a VERY loud and annoying garbled mess. It stays like that for some time, and doesn't stop unless I mute all audio, and afterwards it's fine for a little while but usually comes back several minutes later. Rebooting is the only way to get rid of it long term, until I play another game again.
2369 didn't seem to have the issue (I think maybe the one previous to that too, I didn't really notice when or realize that the issue stopped months ago), 2376 seems to have it again.

IDK for sure, but recent (post 537.58) NV drivers tend to have problems with online videos, perhaps it's linked.

Hi MoKiChU,
First off I want to say thank you very much for your hard work and due diligence in assisting those of us who are encountering these audio issues. I am writing to report that I am unfortunately one of those users being affected.
I have tried to use the methods that you had mentioned of uninstalling the drivers and software from my computer. However, I still seem to be running into issues.
My motherboard is an Asus ROG Maximus Z790 Dark Hero. The headset that I'm using is a Sennheiser Game One headset with 3.5mm jacks.
I have updated to the most recent version of BIOS (version 1002) and have attempted to reinstall my audio drivers with the provided fix. I believe the driver that I should be using is the "Realtek USB Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS-DTS)" which is the first driver mentioned on the list. I am hoping that is the correct driver that I should be using, please correct me if I'm wrong.
One of the issues that I'm facing is when getting to the uninstallation part of the drivers. I feel that this might be what's interfering with me successfully installing these drivers. When uninstalling the drivers, the Realtek drivers seem to reinstall themselves without taking any actions. Windows must be scanning the hardware and somehow discovering the drivers. This is even after I remove the .inf files using the Driver Store Explorer application.
I was hoping to see if anyone could provide any further information for this issue, as it's driving me crazy. The headset was working fine in the past, but due to my SSD going bad, I have since then had to reinstall Windows and am now facing this most frustrating microphone issue. Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated!

Hi,
You are in the wrong thread.
You have an ASUS ROG SS3 motherboard, so :
You need Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS) from the first post of this thread : [DRIVERS] Realtek Audio (AMD 3xx/4xx/5xx/6xx & Intel 2xx/3xx/4xx/5xx/6xx/7xx).
Follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process then your INSTALL process, for the next drivers packages that I would release, you will can directly follow your UPDATE process.
