- Press Windows key + X > Device Manager > Right-click on your Realtek Ethernet device > Update driver > Browse my computer for driver software
- Browse... > Select the extracted drivers folder (ETHERNET_Realtek_v...) > Next

Install/Update Process :

OS requirements : Windows 10 64 bit or more recent.
Hardware requirements : Realtek Ethernet/WiFi/Bluetooth controller.

TIPS :

If you want to manage the drivers (remove old/unused drivers for example) that you have in your Windows DriverStore
Use Driver Store Explorer (Right click on "Rapr.exe" > Run as administrator).

If you want better interrupts delivery latency
Enable MSI (Message Signaled-based Interrupts) mode on all your supported devices (see the column "supported modes") with
MSI Mode Utility (Right click on "MSI_Mode_Utility_v3.exe" > Run as administrator).

@ Everyone : I remind to everyone that my field is the ASUS motherboards (DIY PC) and that all my threads are AIMed for ASUS motherboards only and not AIMed for ASUS notebooks/laptops/AiO or any ASUS devices like ASUS WiFi/BT USB adapters. So if you don't have ASUS motherboards my threads are not for you, please refer to your product support page to download/use the appropriate drivers for your product.

So I'm telling you one last time more clearly, you will not find the appropriate driver for the Realtek Bluetooth device with the HWID USB\VID_0BDA&PID_8771 in this thread because this HWID does not correspond to an ASUS motherboards Realtek Bluetooth built-in controller.
