OS requirements : Windows 10 64 bit or more recent.
Hardware requirements (AMD) : ASUS ROG/TUF/PRIME motherboards with AMD 3xx/4xx/5xx/6xx series chipsets (except ROG with ALC40xx).
Hardware requirements (Intel) : ASUS ROG/TUF/PRIME motherboards with Intel 2xx/3xx/4xx/5xx/6xx/7xx series chipsets (except ROG with ALC40xx).

Note : In order to know which drivers package to use, match the audio specifications of your motherboard with the apps or ask me.

TIPS :

If you want to manage the drivers (remove old/unused drivers for example) that you have in your Windows DriverStore
Use Driver Store Explorer (Right click on "Rapr.exe" > Run as administrator).

If you want better interrupts delivery latency
Enable MSI (Message Signaled-based Interrupts) mode on all your supported devices (see the column "supported modes") with
MSI Mode Utility (Right click on "MSI_Mode_Utility_v3.exe" > Run as administrator).

If you experience crackling, popping, audio stutter
Disable hibernation (Fast Startup included).

Yes, I know, and as I wrote in my post - the drivers installed perfectly. Is was the Realtek Audio Control from the Microsoft Store that would not install. Nothing you can help with, but maybe you could write that in the first post? 🙂

I read your post correctly, but you don't say which drivers package you used. If you cannot install Realtek Audio Control, you have probably used the wrong drivers package (even if from your point of view you see the main drivers installed correctly, but the driver packages are not limited to the main drivers). Please quote the name of the drivers package that you have used and/or check that it corresponds to the drivers package that I have indicated to you.

I installed these drivers :
- Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3 MB) :
Drivers : 6.0.9013.1 WHQL [25/08/2020]

Well that's what I thought, please reread the drivers package that I indicated to you, it is different from the one you quoted (you need the RTK MB package and not SS3 MB package)

Got it working now. Thank you 🙂

I have a PRIME X470-PRO. I used "Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG/PRIME/TUF RTK MB)" (last driver without any 3rd-party drivers), and it seems fine, but is that the driver I should be using? Or more specifically, does my board have any 3rd-party stuff (NH3, DTS, SS3) implemented?

Hi,

You have an ASUS PRIME Realtek motherboard, so you use the right drivers package (without any third party stuff).

@MoKiChU

Im using asus crosshair Vii hero wifi mobo, so which driver I need to use in your 1st page?

Hi,

You have an ASUS ROG SS3 motherboard, so :

You need Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3 MB) from the first post of this thread.

Follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process then your INSTALL process, for the next drivers packages that I would release, you will can directly follow your UPDATE process.

No you can't install/use drivers package not designed for your motherboard, but know that installation of third party apps (Sonic Studio III & Sonic Radar III in your case) is not imperative with the drivers package designed for your motherboard (SS3 MB in your case).
