OS requirements : Windows 10 64 bit or more recent.
Hardware requirements (AMD) : ASUS ROG/TUF/PRIME motherboards with AMD 3xx/4xx/5xx/6xx series chipsets (except ROG with ALC40xx).
Hardware requirements (Intel) : ASUS ROG/TUF/PRIME motherboards with Intel 2xx/3xx/4xx/5xx/6xx/7xx series chipsets (except ROG with ALC40xx).

Note : In order to know which drivers package to use, match the audio specifications of your motherboard with the apps or ask me.

TIPS :

If you want to manage the drivers (remove old/unused drivers for example) that you have in your Windows DriverStore
Use Driver Store Explorer (Right click on "Rapr.exe" > Run as administrator).

If you want better interrupts delivery latency
Enable MSI (Message Signaled-based Interrupts) mode on all your supported devices (see the column "supported modes") with
MSI Mode Utility (Right click on "MSI_Mode_Utility_v3.exe" > Run as administrator).

If you experience crackling, popping, audio stutter
Disable hibernation (Fast Startup included).

H270 Board Can Handle new drivers with SSVM ? thanks for link 😉

If you want install SSVM with SS3 drivers (SSVM is already included/installed with SS3|DTS Sound Unbound drivers), you need this optional installer :

SSVM Installer : Link

Note : If you no longer want SSVM and want to uninstall it, follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process then your INSTALL process.

Hello, I'm sorry, I have a ROG Z370-F motherboard, I did a search and I believe I should install the SS3 driver, but I'm not sure, am I correct?

Hi MoKiChU, I was using the old driver with the same problem, I updated and continues the SS3 problem, when I open it for the first time it works, but when I open windows media player it closes by itself and every time I try to open SS3 it informs me of this error, realtek works perfectly but the SS3 doesn't work after listening to music, any suggestions?

I'm doing all the cleaning work properly always making sure that the a-volute was deleted from the system with the Driver Store, could it be a problem with the windows version?

Hi,

The probably root cause of your issue is in your question : if when you launch Windows Media Player, it causes the crash of SS3 APO (hence the TIMEOUT error message in SS3), try with another audio player (Microsoft built-in Groove Music, VLC or another) after restarting your PC.

It really works normal with Groove Music, will I have to abandon Windows Media Player or SS3, is there any way to fix it? Thank you.

Checking here also doesn't work with the latest version of VLC v3.0.11, only Groove Music works correctly.

I'm doing some tests, I think it's related to Microsoft Edge Chromium, I'll test more often and try to reach a more effective conclusion.
