My board it´s a rog strix x570-e gaming

You have an ASUS ROG SS3|DTS Sound Unbound motherboard, so :

You need Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS) from the first post of this thread.

Follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process then your INSTALL process, for the next drivers packages that I would release, you will can directly follow your UPDATE process.

If you still have no sound, try by switching the Playback Device setting in Devices advanced settings category in Realtek Audio Control to Make front and rear output devices playback two different audio streams simultaneously mode. If your issue still persists, contact ASUS Support.

Hi, I'm on a ROG Zephyrus M (GM501GM) chipset 300. I'm having troubles with the bundled audio drivers, not sure if my model is too old.
Shouldn't have any proprietary apo, no dolby, no dts. I remember it originally came with sonic studio, but I'd rather not have it.

I should have an ALC3288 (from notebookcheck images, didn't open mine yet), I tried "Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG/TUF/PRIME RTK)", but I get a bsod at installation (3 attempts, old drivers cleaned properly). Is it the wrong package or is the model too old?
Thank you for your effort.

Hi,

I don't offer audio drivers packages for notebooks/laptops in order to focus on my field : DIY PC/Motherboards (hence the fact that my threads are in Motherboards category).

Please refer to your product support page to download the appropriate drivers for your product (if you have any issue with them, please contact ASUS Support).
