Note : In order to know which drivers package to use, match the audio specifications of your motherboard with the apps or ask me.

TIPS :

If you want to manage the drivers (remove old/unused drivers for example) that you have in your Windows DriverStore
Use Driver Store Explorer (Right click on "Rapr.exe" > Run as administrator).

If you want better interrupts delivery latency
Enable MSI (Message Signaled-based Interrupts) mode on all your supported devices (see the column "supported modes") with
MSI Mode Utility (Right click on "MSI_Mode_Utility_v3.exe" > Run as administrator).

If you experience crackling, popping, audio stutter
Disable hibernation (Fast Startup included).

Thank you for your advice. After observing and using it for the past two months, I discovered that the "time out" issue was indeed caused by sleep mode's fast startup and hybrid sleep features. Initially, I tried disabling fast startup and ensured hibernation wasn't enabled on my computer, but the crashes persisted. Later, I realized hybrid sleep was active in the power management settings. After turning off this option, the software has no longer experienced crashes.

I also contacted ASUS customer support via email earlier, but they surprisingly failed to identify the issue. Ultimately, the root cause is actually the software's lack of proper adaptation to Windows, especially considering that Fast Startup and Hybrid Sleep have been present since Windows 10 and are enabled by default in the system.

Many users might be experiencing similar issues. You might consider adding prominent warnings on the driver download page about settings that could cause crashes, along with solutions like disabling specific options or simply running "powercfg -h off" to eliminate the hibernation file hiberfil.sys.

Unfortunately i have the same problem, no audio on the headphones that are connected to the front I/O.

Windows Defender on Windows 11 24H2 reports that  there is virus in this release. I know that it is safe and virus free both just a heads up since this is the first time that this has happened since actively downloading audio drives for some time here...
