Note : In order to know which drivers package to use, match the audio specifications of your motherboard with the apps or ask me.
TIPS :
If you want to manage the drivers (remove old/unused drivers for example) that you have in your Windows DriverStore
Use Driver Store Explorer (Right click on "Rapr.exe" > Run as administrator).
If you want better interrupts delivery latency
Enable MSI (Message Signaled-based Interrupts) mode on all your supported devices (see the column "supported modes") with
MSI Mode Utility (Right click on "MSI_Mode_Utility_v3.exe" > Run as administrator).
If you experience crackling, popping, audio stutter
Disable hibernation (Fast Startup included).

Hi,
So DTS Custom only works when I use a headset, when I use the analog audio outputs there is no effect option and it doesn't work!! Are there any third-party apps/drivers you recommend that can at least give me the option of an equalizer??

As workaround :
- Try FxSound equalizer : https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/fxsound/XP8JK4TBQ03LZ4
or
- Switch to HDA/Legacy audio drivers (at your own risk, this is obsolete for your motherboard) :
- Follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process.
- Download Realtek High Definition Audio Drivers (HDA - ASUS ROG/TUF/PRIME DTS&RTK) from the first post of this thread : [DRIVERS] Realtek Audio (AMD Legacy 6xx/7xx/8xx/9xx & Intel 6x/7x/8x/9x/1xx).
- Follow scrupulously the INSTALL process from ASUS ROG/TUF/PRIME Realtek motherboards category.

Hi,
MoKiChU is simply amazing!!
Thank you very much!! I tested both options and they worked perfectly!!
thank you very much!!

Hi,
I tested two options here, I'll stick with the first "FxSound equalizer", as the second option leaves the WhatsApp application muted, I only corrected it when I deactivate enhancements.

Hello, I'm impressed by your dedication to all of us, thanks for this necessary answers and a huge number of drivers 😁🙌
I hope you succeed and give me advice
Several years ago I built a good computer for 3D graphics and never bothered about the drivers, I installed all the standard ones from Windows and Asus.
But
I have a problem, as it turned out two years later
I decided to buy myself wireless headphones for playing cs2, but as it turned out, the sound was extremely muffled and there was a lot of echo, which was extremely uncomfortable for my ears.
I searched a lot of information and it is quite possible that this is an audio codec and driver problem.
In general, I decided to follow your scheme and try to remove all the drivers and reinstall them.
P.S. The sound other than the game is also not very good, but on a friend’s computer the headphones sound good 🗿
My motherboard:
asus rog strix x570-e gaming wifi ii
WIN10/64
What drivers do I need?

Hi,
You have an ASUS ROG SS3|DTS Sound Unbound motherboard, so :
You need Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS) from the first post of this thread.
Follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process then your INSTALL process, for the next drivers packages that I would release, you will can directly follow your UPDATE process.

thank you very much!) last question, based on your experience. I have wireless headphones with a 2.4 radio module that plugs into USB. Do I need special audio drivers for USB? 😂 or is it all included in the standard Realtek drivers

If you use your headphones connected via USB wireless dongle, it will not use your motherboard's audio controller at all (however you can apply SS3 effects to your headphones connected via USB wireless dongle with Sonic Studio Link feature from SS3 app), you must connect it via 3.5mm jack cable if you want to use your motherboard's audio controller.
