OS requirements : Windows 10 64 bit or more recent.
Hardware requirements (AMD) : ASUS ROG/TUF/PRIME/ProArt motherboards with AMD 3xx/4xx/5xx/6xx/8xx series chipsets (except ROG with ALC40xx).
Hardware requirements (Intel) : ASUS ROG/TUF/PRIME/ProArt motherboards with Intel 2xx/3xx/4xx/5xx/6xx/7xx/8xx series chipsets (except ROG with ALC40xx).
Note : In order to know which drivers package to use, match the audio specifications of your motherboard with the apps or ask me.
TIPS :
If you want to manage the drivers (remove old/unused drivers for example) that you have in your Windows DriverStore
Use Driver Store Explorer (Right click on "Rapr.exe" > Run as administrator).
If you want better interrupts delivery latency
Enable MSI (Message Signaled-based Interrupts) mode on all your supported devices (see the column "supported modes") with
MSI Mode Utility (Right click on "MSI_Mode_Utility_v3.exe" > Run as administrator).
If you experience crackling, popping, audio stutter
Disable hibernation (Fast Startup included).

Hi,
You have an ASUS TUF DTS Custom motherboard, so :
You need Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS TUF/PRIME DTS Custom) from the first post of this thread.
Follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process then your INSTALL process, for the next drivers packages that I would release, you will can directly follow your UPDATE process.

Thanks for your kind reply.
So I will directly install the DTS Custom package which also brings the latest version of the Realtek driver. After installation will I have the usual 3 dts profiles or does it add others more suitable for music? In that case I could not add other DTS packages?

You will have your 3 usual DTS Custom content modes/profiles and an EQ, nothing more, nothing less.

You cannot choose (and even less add them together) a drivers package type, each drivers package type is dedicated to each motherboards type.
However, you can disable your DTS Custom audio effect from DTS Custom app and try/buy Dolby Access or DTS Sound Unbound as addon.

Hi @MoKiChU, the version I show for this driver is "6.4.0.2395." I am running on a Z690-E. Is there an update for this, or can you share the location where I can find the updates for this motherboard?

You are in the wrong thread for your motherboard. As reminder :
You have an ASUS ROG SS3|DTS Sound Unbound motherboard with ALC40xx codec, so :
You need Realtek USB Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS) from the first post of this thread : [DRIVERS] Realtek USB Audio (AMD 5xx/6xx/8xx & Intel 5xx/6xx/7xx/8xx).

Hi, I'm very confused. I can't figure out which drivers to download, I have a TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI). I've downloaded a few of them all and I don't have an EQ control program. I'm downloading the realtek console from the microsoft store, but the program just spins and won't open. I used to have a realtek control panel and I did everything there, now I don't have one. Please help me.

Note : The EQ is in your third party app (DTS Custom), it is by design (if a third party app is built-in, the equalization is done via the third party app).

Thanks a lot for the quick response! You helped me, now everything works and the programs I need were automatically installed after I installed the drivers. Thank you!

Thanks for your kind replies,
by disabling the DTS Custom audio effect from the app, shouldn't the equalizer be available again in the Asus Realtek Audio Control app? I have the equalizer only in the Realtek Digital Output section but of course when I listen to music with headphones it doesn't work.
I think DTS Custom is more suitable for gaming environments, my music is seriously artifacted with the DTS Custom presets and the DTS equalizer doesn't help at all.
I would like the equalizer to be enabled in the speaker section of the Asus Realtek Control app.
Thanks in advance for the suggestions.
