TIPS :

If you want to manage the drivers (remove old/unused drivers for example) that you have in your Windows DriverStore
Use Driver Store Explorer (Right click on "Rapr.exe" > Run as administrator).

If you want better interrupts delivery latency
Enable MSI (Message Signaled-based Interrupts) mode on all your supported devices (see the column "supported modes") with
MSI Mode Utility (Right click on "MSI_Mode_Utility_v3.exe" > Run as administrator).

If you experience crackling, popping, audio stutter
Disable hibernation (Fast Startup included).

After updating to this version, A-Volute is always asking for admin rights after each restart. This wasn't happening with previous version. I tried a complete reinstall, but that didn't help.

Hi,

As reminder to avoid ZoneID blocking trouble :

- For each downloaded .zip : ZoneID unblock the .zip (Right click on the .zip file > Properties > Check the box Unblock > OK).

or

- Disable the ZoneID blocking completely (you will no longer have to unblock each downloaded .zip) :

- Right-click Windows Start button then click Launch then type gpedit.msc > OK
- User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Attachment Manager
- Do not preserve zone information in file attachment : Enabled > OK then restart your PC

So :

1) Redownload Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS) from the first post of this thread.
2) ZoneID unblock the .zip (this step is not necessary if you have already disabled the ZoneID blocking completely) then extract it.
3) Follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process.
4) Follow scrupulously your INSTALL process.

I followed your guide, but it's still asking for admin rights after startup.

One thing to note that the SS3 cleaner doesn't actually clean. It only kills the Nahimic process, but doesn't remove the service. So I removed it manually via cmd. Still the same.

Windows 11 Pro 64 bits June updates recquire an update of realtek drivers too.

Recently updated drivers in my old but gold Asus Rog Strix X370-I mobo from 2018 with ZERO problems. Sonic Studio III and Realtek Audio Console work really great with really huge sound improvement.
