Realtek Audio console not working (stuck on loading screen) : (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS) Drivers : 6.0.9661.1 WHQL [26/03/2024]

Hi everyone,

I remind you that I do not work for ASUS (everything I do for the ASUS ROG community is out of passion, on a voluntary basis) and I do not replace ASUS Support :

- If you have any issue with the last audio drivers package from this thread : CLEANUP process then install/use the last audio drivers package from your motherboard support page.

- If you have any issue with the last audio drivers package from your motherboard support page : Contact ASUS Support and/or open a new thread in this ROG Care category : ROG Care - Hardware & Software Support - Gaming Motherboards.

@MoKiChU i know that you are not from support. I appreciate what you doing for ROG users / comunity.

I just wanted write feedback that something not working and maybe is only on my side or for all users...

And maybe someone write solution here etc.. Or it is only temporarily because i dont have any problems until today.

As always, thank you MoKiChU for your tireless work to provide updated drivers to the ASUS / ROG community and for all of the time you spend explaining the drivers and process. You're incredible. My PC has a recent driver instead of a 3 year old official  one thanks to you 😀.

After a doing a fresh CLEANUP and INSTALL process of the 6.0.9661.1 WHQL [26/03/2024] (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS) on my CROSSHAIR VIII HERO (WiFi), Sonic Studio 3 & Sonic Radar 3 no longer functioned and would give the error "The current system is not supported, or the audio driver has not been properly installed TIMEOUT".

(I did not attempt an additional CLEANUP and Install of 6.0.9661.1, so I have not tried to reproduce this problem. An additional attempt may have resolved the issue.)

In case anyone else runs into issues with Sonic Studio 3 / Sonic Radar 3 with version 6.0.9661.1, I was able to get the latest drivers working by:

1.) Follow the CLEANUP and Install process of the older v6.0.9618.1 WHQL [12/12/2023] version
2.) Open Sonic Studio 3 / Sonic Radar 3 to confirm they're working (you may have to relaunch them a couple of times)
3.) Follow the UPDATE  process and install 6.0.9661.1 WHQL [26/03/2024] on top of this existing driver install
4.) Open Driver Store Explorer and Force Delete the older, duplicated drivers

Let's stick to what MokiChu writes in the installation instructions, that's for sure for everyone.

- If you have any issue with the last audio drivers package from this thread: CLEANUP process then install/use the last audio drivers package from your motherboard support page.

@Kratos89 thanks really nice now sonic studio open and close automatically. Now i must restore Windows from restore point.

EDIT : NOW finally fixed it : Realtek Audio Console doesnt run because in taskmanager (startup) Realtek HD Audio Universal Service was DISABLED from autostart enabled this, and also i look into servicess for Realtek Universal service (AUTOMATIC).
