I replied to Normand above with the issue I encountered and the solution. Perhaps you can try uninstalling remote control type software.😀

APO appears to have an incompatibility with (certain?) virtual display drivers. This includes the one optionally installed by Parsec and in my case Virtual Desktop also. It will fail to connect unless you uninstall these drivers and reboot.

Tested this thoroughly after reading PeretsMyaso's reports.

Interested I use virtual desktop for VR (assume that’s what you mean) might give it an uninstall and a test. But I’d rather keep that over Intel AOP!

Yes, but you may be able to get away with only uninstalling the display driver, it's only used for additional virtual monitors in VR. I haven't checked if Virtual Desktop complains once you try though.

Thks all for you're help i did remove virtual desktop and everything working now....

Reported it to intel and VD. VD dev said they’ll look into it

Mmmm... I just removed "Meta Virtual Desktop" and it display driver. Gonna test by restart the PC. Will report soon.

I hope the SteamVR update don't mess with this too.

EDIT: Confirmed. Now it's working by removing Meta Virtual Desktop. Thanks everybody for the support!.

I managed to make it work by using a different installer of DTT v 11405.42569 for my 13th. I basically reinstalled on top of the same version posted here, no delete or driver cleanup, it had a .exe installer. Now it works; I also believe certain DTT versions are for 12-13th gen Cpus while other Dtt variants are better for 14th.
