TIPS :
If you want to manage the drivers (remove old/unused drivers for example) that you have in your Windows DriverStore
Use Driver Store Explorer (Right click on "Rapr.exe" > Run as administrator).
If you want better interrupts delivery latency
Enable MSI (Message Signaled-based Interrupts) mode on all your supported devices (see the column "supported modes") with
MSI Mode Utility (Right click on "MSI_Mode_Utility_v3.exe" > Run as administrator).

Thanks for confirming @MoKiChU!
Thanks also for the steps to revert back to previous drivers, these are extremely helpful!

Hi everyone,
- Intel MEI Drivers (Drivers Only) :
Thread updated.

Hi everyone,
For information : Since these Intel MEI Drivers v2452.7.1.0, ICLS-ES SWC Device is no more used with the motherboards with Intel 6xx/7xx/8xx series chipsets. So if you have an ICLS SWC Driver (iclsclient.inf) in your Driver Store Explorer, you can delete it, it will not be used.
Thread, post & drivers packages updated.

Hi,
At this point, I see in your screenshot that you have not yet updated to Intel MEI Drivers v2452.7.1.0, because your ICLS-ES SWC Driver (iclsclient.inf v1.74.210.0) is still used by your ICLS(-ES) SWC Device ("Intel(R) iCLS Client").
Once you have updated to Intel MEI Drivers v2452.7.1.0, you can delete both iCLS SWC Drivers (iclsclient.inf v1.74.210.0 & v1.75.121.0)).
