Hi everyone,
- AMD|MediaTek WiFi Drivers (Drivers Only) :
Install/Update Process :
- Press Windows key + X > Device Manager > Right-click on your AMD|MediaTek WiFi device > Update driver > Browse my computer for driver software
- Browse... > Select the extracted drivers folder (WiFi_AMD-MediaTek_v...) > Next
- AMD|MediaTek Bluetooth Drivers (Drivers Only) :
Install/Update Process :
Launch "Install.cmd" by right-click Run as admin > Restart your PC when the command prompt window disappears
OS requirements : Windows 10 64 bit or more recent.
Hardware requirements : AMD|MediaTek WiFi/Bluetooth controller.
TIPS :
If you want to manage the drivers (remove old/unused drivers for example) that you have in your Windows DriverStore
Use Driver Store Explorer (Right click on "Rapr.exe" > Run as administrator).
If you want better interrupts delivery latency
Enable MSI (Message Signaled-based Interrupts) mode on all your supported devices (see the column "supported modes") with
MSI Mode Utility (Right click on "MSI_Mode_Utility_v3.exe" > Run as administrator).

My device manager doesn't have the AMD|MediaTek WiFi device. I have the Asus ROG strix b-8550F gaming motherboard with wifi. What can I do from here?

Which one exactly? Asus' website lists a "ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING (WI-FI)" and a "ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI II". The former comes with an "Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200" Wi-Fi module, while the latter should have MediaTek Wi-Fi.

Using Drivers - RZ7xx (MT7925/MT7927) : 5.7.0.5275 WHQL [05/01/2026] and I get Event 5, BTHUSB errors in event viewer. This happens on every bluetooth driver I've tried on an X870E Apex motherboard. When I restart the PC or do a cold start with fast start up disabled in windows power options I get greeted with 4 errors. It only happens then, it's not an error that happens after the initial 4. I'm wondering if it's an issue with every board that uses the MT7927 module.
IS this a known issue?

Hi everyone,
As reminder, I do not work for ASUS & I do not replace ASUS Support :
- If you have any issue with the last drivers from this thread : Install/Use the last drivers from your motherboard support page.
- If you have any issue with the last drivers from your motherboard support page : Contact ASUS Support and/or open a new thread in this ROG Care category : ROG Care - Hardware & Software Support - Gaming Motherboards.
