Any news?

Exactly the same thing happened to me, I went ahead and written an e-mail but no reply, even after almost a month..

Do ASUS services not work anymore?

Is "eliterewards_support@asus.com" the correct e-mail address?

The  page I used, which has the same issue: https://rog.asus.com/hu/elite/product-register/

The same happened to me after trying to register my product but when I checked my points I noticed that 100 points were added to my account so I  suggest that you check your points to see if it was added to your account.

Hi Sib3riX,

We're sincerely sorry for the late reply. Could you provide the loading screenshot, so we can take it a look?

Sincerely,

ROG Elite Reward team

I'm not the OP, but we probably share the same issue, I can show what I've experienced below @ROGEliteRewards

Has anyone tried doing this on their phones? I ran into a similar issue on my desktop PC and decided to try with my iPhone safari browser. I was then able to successfully register the product. The weird thing was that it only happened with that one specific product registration.

I tried it now, but unfortunately it didn't work. My guess is it could also be because it's registered in MyAsus.. but not on the elite rewards page, and somehow they are linked together, in the end causing an exception somewhere. Maybe if I can remove it from MyAsus first then it would work
