When i press submit it will just load indefinitely. Please fix your website so i can register new products. Im using rog global elite rewards website.

It will just stay like that forever and never register new products. Tried on my mobile phone and pc. All adblockers and stuff is off when im doing this. Kaspersky AV is also off.

After checking, the product registration page of the global Elite site looks good. Could you use the "Incognito window" to open the Elite website and try again?

Opening product registration page is working but when you put all info, upload your invoice and click submit it will load indefinitely and registration will never complete.

Same here. Trying to register a new laptop that is listed in the eligible devices.
Tried both in browser (normal and incognito) and in the Rog Armoury Crate in-built browser.
Tried in my non-default browser incognito just in case some plugins in default might affect the flow - same result.

any update on this issue? @ROGEliteRewards seems like everyone currently experiencing this one where in we are stuck in the loading screen.
