When i press submit to regsiter new product registration process will just load indefinitely. Please fix your website so i can register new products. Im using https://rog.asus.com/rs-en/elite/activity/all

I tried google chrome/brave with everything disabled on mobile phone also on pc with microsoft edge/google chrome without all addons disabled. Nothing helps. This problem occured around September 2024 and it was fixed after a month. You can dig forums here and see. Only way to contact elite rewards program is forum and pm admin. They dont reply on email or any support contact form for elite rewards.

Exactly the same on my side.
Both on browsers as well as Armoury Crate.
Not so elite program, I'd say.

I've been trying to have EliteRewards help me with 2 items that did not register, for over 5 months. Still no resolution! I recently made another purchase and the new item does the same as always. Black rectangle and indefinite loop. This needs to be fixed. There is zero support here. Asus supports tells us to come here. Zero!

Nothing for me either. Like I said before... its been over 5 months of emails and sporadic DM's back and forth. Nothing. I still can't get my newest purchase from February registered. Just the blank rectangular box after submitting the info and the indefinite circle loop.
