Unable to register any product on ROG Elite website

When i press submit it will just load indefinitely. Please fix your website so i can register new products. Im using rog global elite rewards website.

Similar issue but for me it just opens the main elite rewards page and thats it, not even an option to register a product, same problem on website and armory crate
