Trying to claim Birthday Reward and it's saying that this is not my Birthday month

Hey

My birthday was yesterday on the November First (1/11).
I tried to claim the birthday reward but it just gave me this message:

I tried to do it also today (I thought maybe there is some time differences and maybe for me its earlier than the server time so I also waited for today 2/11) but I got the same message. I also  tried to click on the attached link to make sure that I haven't mistakenly choose 11/1 (January 11th) but all was ok, I also tried to submit the form again but nothing changed.

I understand from the message that I should be able to claim the reward in whole Birthday month? anyway I would appreciate your help. thanks !

Yes, as part of wanting to get the 100 point of the "Profile Completion" I did complete it and filled everything. Including my real BD date. And I did tried to claim the reward on the day and few times during the whole month.

Same message each time.
