Here's a thought maybe you should add rewards more regularly that are worth using them on to begin with I mean really why would I waste them on silly wallpaper?

And maybe bigger quantity. There were few good rewards, but they were out of stock in no time. I had to watch a trailer to unlock redemption for it to show out of stock. About 1000 points expired, because there was nothing good to redeem.....

I didn't even grab the gift cards cause I thought they were an insult

Yep. Definitely one of the buggiest sites I've seen. Thats with 2 decades in IT and currently a web dev so I've seen and broken a lot. Shows you how seriosly they take the program.

Still better that armory crate. Had to do few reinstalls because of that mistake of a thing. Not calling it software. Normall software should remove all its parts on uninstall.....
