Hi everyone!
I redeemed an EVA shirt three months ago on ROG Elite Rewards, but I never got any notification that my reward was received. I've been trying to get in touch with literally anyone from the ROG program. I've already sent eliterewards_support@asus.com three emails and they haven't responded. I've also called customer support lines and they've told me that they don't know who I should contact in this unusual case.
Can someone please help me or refer me to someone who can help? @ROGEliteRewards
If I can't get that shirt, I at least want my 3,000 points back.
