Redeemed Reward still missing/not delivered.

I have tried contacting ASUS ROG South Africa, i even spoke to a gentleman in the support call i logged. But i am yet to receive my ROG Elite Headset Holder that i redeemed for 1200 points.

I have gotten no feed back, not updates, NOTHHING. 

My item still says processing it have been over a month now. I redeemed this item on the 6th September. If i could atleast get feed back so i know whats happening, otherwise please just refund  my points. Worked hard for those points. @admin #ASUSRewards

I have two claims that aren't delivered. To date, I haven't received a response. One is a ROG water bottle, and the other is a voucher (that was already claimed).
 
That said, when I claimed the water bottle I was contacted and told that they don't have any in stock. Since then, nothing. This was 4 months ago.
 
I think the prize distribution is run by external marketing agencies, I am not sure. The person I talked to, his number was linked to a marketing agency.
 
The ZA email... they don't answer.

Yeah, i have sent 2 emails and i got nothing back, not even an automated response. 

I have now created a ticket and compliant to another email and service, i am hoping they will respond this time. Cause what they are doing here is technically fraud. Reardless of points or cash, we used a form of tender to purchase an item, so either they refund the tender or deliver the item.

Yeah, I don't know what is going on. I have tried Reddit, X (DM), the ZA ROG Elite Rewards email (also twice), the normal ROG Elite Rewards email, asked on Discord. Then I also tried here. No response. I, also, emailed an individual at ASUS (ZA), no response, yet. I am hoping that this person can assist come Tuesday.
 
Failing to deliver twice means that there is an issue. Why there isn't any response... doesn't paint a bright picture. I was hoping to get a response here. Very, very strange.
 
There are people in other regions also having this experience.
 

Ok, thats not a good sign. You hav sent way more emails than i have, and if you are still not sorted what hope do i have? I really hope you do get some sort of feedback or resoluton come Tuesday, cause then maybe i can piggyback off that same vein. I have been reading alot of bad reviews for South african support from ASUS ZA. We dont even ave a direct number to the rewards program.

I will let you know. I do hope to get a response, and when I do, I will also send the person a link to this thread. Perhaps, then, they could engage directly with you.

@Luciusredd it doesn't seem that they will be responding.

@ROGEliteRewards could you explain what may be the case or cause here?

There seems to be a policy not to reply to any queries related to the ROG Elite Rewards. The people here loves your brand, but this is turning to broken trust.

I have tried to resolve this privately. Today I have emailed elitesupportZA@asus.com, eliterewards_support@asus.com and eliterewards@asus.com, all we want is communication and we aren't receiving any. It is not cool when we are the product.
