I picked up a new ROG motherboard and registered a new ROG Elite account. I registered the motherboard and was allocated points and tier status.
Shortley after all my points and status were reset to zero with the reason recorded as reset due to region transfer...
I have not changed region.
Please reinstate my account, screen shot of the incorrect account activity attached.
I have also previously emailed eliterewards_support@asus.com <eliterewards_support@asus.com> but received no response. I then contacted ASUS support who sent me here...

I appreciate it but what actually happened I noticed the other user you mentioned it was because region change but that wasn’t my case ? I also noticed missing little under 500 tier points just before i'm to hit Elite?

Ok, @ROGEliteRewards, it looks like my region was corrected to AUS from UK, likely when I changed my email address... either way, the purchase was made in AUS, where i live and the points should still be valid for the registered products, the points were earned in AUS on a purchase in AUS, the only issue being that 10 years ago i migrated from the UK to AUS....
How do i go about getting the points reinstated.

@ROGEliteRewards -- I haven't made any changes to my account but my XP is showing as 0 and is not incrementing when I do activites / daily logins etc, would you check on mine?

@ROGEliteRewards I am also having the same issue as nalesean is. My EXP got wiped to zero and none of the EXP I've earned since has applied. I've not changed anything on my end

My exp points started working last night from what I can tell thanks @ROGEliteRewards
