I picked up a new ROG motherboard and registered a new ROG Elite account. I registered the motherboard and was allocated points and tier status.
Shortley after all my points and status were reset to zero with the reason recorded as reset due to region transfer...
I have not changed region.
Please reinstate my account, screen shot of the incorrect account activity attached.
I have also previously emailed eliterewards_support@asus.com <eliterewards_support@asus.com> but received no response. I then contacted ASUS support who sent me here...

I would not count on a solution to this, the care factor from ROG/ASUS in here is about zero.
This forum is just a sinkhole for us to send thoughts and prayers to our hopes and dreams...
The singular response from @MasterC suggested this post was not in the correct location and would be moved, but no change was made, and that a response could be expected soon™. Not sure what timescales they work to, but I would have thought its less than a month... yet here we are, more customers flagging similar issues and still no response.
If ASUS Support can't spur them into action not sure what chance we have but currently would suggest that its near zero...

Sorry for the late reply! After checking from our backend, we found that you did change your region from UK to Australia on March 14 at 7:42 (UTC+8). That's why your points have been initialized to zero after that day.
