Not able to register rog product for elite program

Hi, I purchased rog laptop from amazon on 2020 march and while trying to upload into elite program i am getting error message like “This Product Does Not Qualify. Please Reference The List of Qualifying Republic Of Gamers Products”
But in the list of products, my product - G531GD is eligible for 2500 points.

Please help me as I am not getting any replies also from official support mail id - elitewards_support@asus.com

Yes, the model should be eligible for the Elite program. Could you provide the series, check the number of laptop, and also the "This Product Does Not Qualify" message screenshot to us? We will help check this issue for you. Thank you!
