Does Elite Rewards Still Work?

I am making this post after trying to contact the provided support email and receiving an automated response in Chinese about how the email was full and unable to be reached, along with a CVS receipt worth of errors and diagnostic codes. If the support email does not work and more than half of these forums seem dead or unused, where can I get support for Elite Rewards? I have tried redeeming items in the past, but they were either already unavailable, did not spend my points, or just recently took my points for the ROG keycap keychain and listed it under the Redeemed Items section but was later removed with no refund. It seems I can earn all of the points I want, but I am unable actually to redeem anything. My question overall is, where is the Elite Reward support, and has anyone else been unable to redeem anything but wallpapers and games recently?

Thank you for the response. As the other reply told me to do before it was deleted, I did try to use the built-in support function before posting here. However, I do not have a Facebook account to log into Messenger with. My Elite username is iabaeten08, and the email connected to it is iabaeten08@gmail.com. Thank you for your time.
