I have several activities I’m not able to claim. I tried to email last month to see why it wasn’t letting me claim on my birthday. I see several others have also had that issue. Seems like the answer was just wait until next year? Can’t points be added manually? I also can’t claim completing my profile, joining the email list, or new member activities even though I’ve don’t it all and have been on the site for a couple years. Never received any way to claim those points. I also had enough to claim the VIP box last month but it would not let me for some reason and now my profile shows 2 different point values for some reason. Would be nice if there was a more direct form of help contact. The forum solution challenge is also expired. Can we get that removed?
