Cannot register points for two of my products

Hello,

I would want to register points for two of my products but it is saying that s/n number is not valid.

One is harpe ace aimlab edition and the other is scar 16 2024 which are all linked to my asus account.

also I have bought a rog backpack a long time ago and haven't register for points yet (also linked to my asus account).

I also redeemed one of the vip giftbox but haven't received any shipping informaation yet.
