Can't register my product in the elite rewards program

Hello. Creating a separate issue as posting in similar ones have led nowhere.

I've recently purchased a ROG Strix G18 (2023) G814 laptop (which is eligible in the device list) and for two days I have been trying to register the device on the https://rog.asus.com/elite/product-register/ page.

As far as I get is an infinite spinner (see image attached) after I input all of the data. I've tried via Armoury Crate, various browsers, tried incognito and normal mode, tried doing it via my home network and on mobile network, even using a vpn (just in case) and got the same result everywhere.

Wrote an email to support but some guys in similar topics claim to have no response for weeks and weeks.

And... I know that some guys are asked to provide their s/n but is it a really secure practice to disclose that in public?

UPD: Guys! This night (at least it's night for me) I've got the points!
So for everyone struggling here's a solution:
- Write a mail to eliterewards@asus.com
- Explain the situation.
- Add your s/n, check number, place of purchase and receipt!

Seems to be the only way woking at the moment.

I have been dealing with this for a couple days as well. I am on the phone with asus support right now for a separate issue where my Asus GPU is not registering in Armoury Crate.(Asus Dual Series GeForce RTX 4070Ti Super OC Edition)  I had thought ok let me try to register the GPU in the “my products” list to see of this helps even though I hadn’t registered the motherboard and the motherboard is showing up in Armoury Crate and then Armoury Crate redirected me to the elite rewards and i am having that same issue with the infinite white circle going round and round. Same issue when I try to submit new product registration in Armoury Crate and on rog.asus.com/us/elite/product-register Long story long, I am on phone with Asus support and am asking about this issue as well. Looks like I will need to wait for 24-48 hours as they are escalating the issue

tbh, I'm waiting for a week already. Same (or even more) for some other people.
The only support response that I've seen on the forum so far looked like "the page opens fine for us".
Like it does open for us as well. It's further we can't go.
But good that you've managed to contact ASUS support on the phone. That might speed up things.
Kinda hard to do that from my country=\

I will post the fix as soon as i hear back.. if there is a fix. As far as i can tell its their servers are overloaded with the already existing data. Seeing as how its the same issue on Armoury Crate and on their website.  Just a guess. 4 months ago when i built my other asus rig, i was able to add all the products no problem and same last October when i added my laptop (also asus).. Either way i have a case number and when they get back to me i will haunt them for a fix and let you know

A guy from a similar thread has checked the browser devtools and noted that there is a failed GET request and subsequent script that cannot be executed.

Multiple reasons for a 404 but that is a backend error, not just some random stuff.

how dow contact them

Eliterewards@asus.com Is the email contact for any and all elite rewards issues. Or so I was told by Asus tech (tech level 2). Including not being able to register new products to your elite rewards account.
