Birthday points

Hi, i see if you enjoy forum, u get 100 points if is in the month of your birthday, mine is it...but no points. My Asus account is from 2017, is not new, cuz i had just Rog until now. 

What i cand do? Thanks in advance.

The problem says always- is not your birthday .🙄 But even when was, was same message... That's my problem with my points. Also birthday date is on my account from 2017...

Sorry to hear that. Not sure where they check your birthday month, they use that for the Birthday Activity.
