Activation Issue with ROG Elite Program and laptop registration problem

and @MasterC ,

I'm reaching out as a user who has already been granted Professional Tier status within the ROG Elite program. Despite this, the activation process appears to be incomplete or malfunctioning. My account is properly registered, my product has been submitted, and Armoury Crate is synced—yet the system still does not recognize my tier as active. The activation button on my profile simply doesn’t respond. I’ve tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), cleared cache and cookies, disabled extensions, and even attempted from different devices—but the issue persists. This appears to be a system-side malfunction.
Additionally, I’m experiencing a separate issue: I’m unable to register a newly purchased ROG laptop to my account. I bought this device while traveling abroad, and it seems the system is blocking registration due to regional restrictions or mismatched purchase data.
I kindly ask you to:
1. Investigate any synchronization issues between my account and the ROG Elite backend.
2. Confirm that my Professional Tier status is active and properly reflected in your system.
3. Assist me with registering the new laptop to my account, regardless of the country of purchase.
4. Ensure that I have access to all benefits associated with my tier, including rewards, exclusive offers, and gated content.
If needed, I can provide screenshots, serial numbers, proof of purchase, and any other documentation required to resolve both issues.
I would appreciate a prompt and concrete resolution, as this concerns both my awarded tier status and a legitimate product registration.

Let me know if you'd like to include the laptop model, serial number, or country of purchase for extra clarity.

Unfortunately, for the Elite product registration, we require that the product be purchased in your own country to be eligible for registration in the Elite Rewards program. Under this regulation, we’re unable to register the product for you. Sorry that we can’t assist you with this case.
